Updated: 3 October 2026. This policy describes LCM SEO at lcmseo.org, also named Charles SEO in the Google authorization screen.

1. Information accessed and stored / 读取与保存的数据

Account information includes workspace login identifiers, email addresses, password hashes, session records, membership and assigned website permissions. Workspace data includes website addresses, content and drafts, keywords, tasks, settings, version history, operation records, API results and report snapshots.

With your Google consent, we read accessible Search Console website properties and search-performance reports, including clicks, impressions, queries, pages, country, device and average position. With Analytics read-only consent, we read GA4 reporting metrics such as sessions, key events and revenue, reporting dates and metadata. These integrations do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or permission to change Analytics settings.

We store Google refresh tokens and configured integration credentials encrypted on the server to perform later authorized synchronizations. Reports and historical snapshots can remain stored after disconnecting an integration.

2. Purpose / 用途

Data supports visible workspace features: displaying reports, comparing periods, linking keywords to observed performance, producing diagnostics, tracking tasks and retaining an audit trail. Background synchronization runs only for configured connections and schedules. Google data is not sold or used for advertising targeting.

3. Sharing and service providers / 数据共享

Workspace owners and authorized members can see data within their assigned permissions and may export accessible reports. Cloudflare provides application hosting and database infrastructure. Requests to Google use your authorized token to retrieve reports. Configured WordPress integrations read or update website content when the relevant operation is requested; Google read-only consent alone does not authorize WordPress changes.

Optional research and PageSpeed requests send the requested keywords, website URLs and query settings to their providers. Optional AI writing, strategy and review features send the supplied topic, instructions, sources, article text and selected diagnostic context to the configured DeepSeek service. Content strategy can include selected Google Search Console queries, page URLs, clicks, impressions and positions from saved research context; these are used to generate requested recommendations, not to train a generalized AI model. Do not include secrets or personal information in AI inputs. Google OAuth credentials are not inputs to AI writing. These providers operate under their own policies. We do not use Google API data to train a generalized AI model.

4. Protection / 保护措施

The application uses HTTPS, server-side access checks, password hashing, encrypted integration credentials and secure login cookies. Reports omit integration secrets. No method of storage or transmission provides an absolute security guarantee.

5. Retention, revocation and deletion / 保留、撤销与删除

Saved records and report history remain until removed through supported workspace controls or an administrator-assisted deletion request. There is currently no universal automatic deletion period for all report and history data. Archiving a record is not permanent deletion. Disconnecting removes that saved connection credential but does not automatically erase previously synchronized reports, other saved copies of the authorization or provider-side data.

You can revoke LCM SEO's Google access in Google Account third-party connections. Revocation prevents further authorized Google retrieval; it does not erase existing snapshots. Contact the workspace administrator to request access, correction or deletion of stored information and specify the workspace and website concerned. Do not send passwords or tokens. Requests may require identity and permission verification. Copies already exported by users and provider-managed logs or backups require separate handling.

6. Cookies / Cookie

Login and request-security cookies maintain the session and protect forms. Interface preferences may be stored in the browser. Analytics tags installed on connected websites are governed by those websites' own privacy disclosures, separately from this workspace.

7. Google Limited Use / Google 数据使用限制

LCM SEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Human access is limited to authorized workspace use and necessary consented support, security or legally required handling.
